Low season: from January 7 to March 31; 2 to 30 November.
Mid-season: from July 16 to August 14; 16 to 31 August; 14 to 29 October; 1 to 4 December; 9 to 20 December.
Peak Season: from April 1 to July 15; August 15; 1 to 30 September; 1 to 13 October; from October 30 to November 1.

The above-mentioned rates refer to a one-night stay including breakfast.
The above-mentioned rates do not include the tourist tax of 2.50 € per day per person to be paid on site.
Special periods of public holidays or long weekends may be subject to rate changes without any notice. Please, always contact us to receive information or personalized offers for your stay.

Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and areas of this structure.
The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
Minors may stay at the structure only if accompanied by a parent or an adult, who is not a parent, as long as he/she fills out the parental authorization form and attaches a copy of their identity card.
When checking in, guests are required to show their identity card with a picture and a credit card.

Children up to 2 years old may stay in a cradle for free (if available).
Children from 3 years old – to 17 years old may stay here by paying 25,00 € per night.

Cancellation policy
Our customers may cancel their booking for free up to 3 days before arrival.
The whole amount of booking will be charged if the customer cancels his/her booking within 3 days of his/her arrival.
If our customer doesn’t show up, he/she will be required to pay the whole amount of his/her booking.
